Client choice of provider
Clients may use any qualified provider they choose for any service. There is no requirement to use any affiliated company, referral partner, or recommended provider introduced through Healthy Home Business Advisors.
Affiliated companies and referral relationships
The Proj Advisor, its owners, affiliated companies, and referral partners may receive compensation — including referral fees, marketing fees, consulting fees, commissions, or other financial benefit — in connection with certain services, transactions, or engagements.
Disclosure of any specific compensation arrangement will be provided at the appropriate time in connection with the relevant engagement.
Valuation support
Valuation support provided through this site is for planning and decision-making purposes. It is not a certified appraisal unless expressly stated in writing by a properly licensed and certified appraisal professional. When a certified appraisal is required, a licensed appraiser will be recommended or engaged separately.
WDO / termite services
Wood-destroying organism (WDO) and termite inspection services are available only through properly licensed WDO partners. Healthy Home Business Advisors does not perform WDO inspections directly and coordinates these services through licensed providers.
